Two very old cards which one better?

Hey people!

Ok I have a Geforce 6200 (AGP) and an aTi 9600XT (AGP) and I want to know which one is better. the 6200 has more memory and has newer technology while the 9600XT is a bit older but has a 128-bit memory interface (geforce has 64-bit). the 9600XT has 128mb or DDR RAM and the geforce has 256mb. Which is better? I have both of these lying around and its for my sister who just wants to play some 2D MMOs.

regards, me!

Re: Two very old cards which one better?

If it only for 2d graphics then it doesn't matter. The 9600 has a better gpu but low memory. the 6200 has a bad gpu but higher memory. I would just go with the 6200 just because.

For 2D games I think pretty much any card that can support your monitor properly can handle it.
