Is your nVidia GeForce 7300GS external?
Try this nVidia Support Answer Of course, this is a generic answer and may, or may NOT, apply to your card. I assume you have checked the GPU Fan to see if it's functioning.

for a dell 46/700 case (from experience here), thats fine. Little warm, but fine for that config. the 46/700 cases are VERY poorly designed.
