new graphics card

im getting the ati radeon x800 xt platinum from a friend and i have a au31 mother board are they compatible and also where would i find the driver i have 350w psu
2.09ghz 1.5g ram

Well is this an Emachines? it's a lot easier to find the correct info with a model number of the pc. I think it's an AGP slot is the X800 AGP or PCIE?
How many amps do have on the 12v rail(s)?

on the side of your power supply inside the case there should be a label listing the different voltages and the ampere(amp) rating if you have a video card now you will probably be ok, if you currently have onboard video you may not.
You will need 18 amps on the 12v rail or if multi rail total of 18.
Next question is the card your looking at 8X AGP, 4X AGP or a 4X8X AGP card?
