Problem With Blurriness While Inputing A/V to my PC

I currently have a K-World Plus TV HD PCI 120 video capture and TV card. When i play my xbox or watch normal cable tv through it, it always turns out blurry. Any Idea how to sharpen it up, or a better program to view the tv through? I'm using the default software included right now, and so far all the programs I've tried turn out to be the same bluriness or doesn't support sound from the card itself. Thanks!

have you tried ChrisTV lite or WinTV?
