Can I use the 8600GT?

I want to get the nVidia 8600GT (only 60$ on newegg) and im wondering if my computer can use it? I've read the stickies but im still not completely sure if I have AGP, PCI or PCI-E? If I cant use the 8600GT could anyone recommend me a card under 80$ thats still somewhat decent?

Here are the pictures of my specs and the inside of my computer:

PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU.

The top card slot, the small brown one, is AGP. The other 3 below it are PCI.

GeForce 6800XT 256mb 128bit GDDR2 AGP 4x/8x - $80
GeForce 7600GS 256mb 128bit GDDR2 AGP4x/8x - $85
Radeon X1650Pro 512mb 128bit GDDR2 AGP 4x/8x - $70 (after $10 rebate)
Radeon HD3650 512mb 128bit GDDR2 AGP 4x/8x - $80 (after $20 rebate)
