video card upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my video card and would appreciate any suggestions.

Motherboard MSI MS-7191 v1.x Micro-ATX Mainboard
CPU x86 Family 15 Model 47 Stepping 2 AuthenticAMD ~1994 Mhz
Graphics RADEON X300/X550 Series
Power 300 watt
Memory 2 gig

that PSU is very small and doesn't even make it to AGP minimum standards. PCI-e requires MINMUM combined 12 volt rating of 26 amps. What kind of budget are you working with?
