or a video card with vivo. it's clearer than coax, but it only works with svid or composite.

There is also a nice bit of freeware you could use. Its called 'Zattoo' and it's got quite a few channels to view. I live in England and I'm not sure it works in the States but you should check it out. Here's the link:
