Radeon 9250 problem

ok i just got a new radeon 9250 graphics card and for whatever reason it wont send a signal to my LG 19" flatpanel LCD however if i use my integrated display adapter and go to the control panel to view hardware it says the device is correctly installed and working fine could anyone shead some light on why this is happening?

When you are in device manager is the device name the Radeon or the onboard?

What brand and model computer?

the one i deactivate is the onboard and the computer is a P4 windows XP service pack 2
1 gig ram the motherboard has 3 pci slots and everything integrated

oh ya and the computer is made by MDG

Are you deactivating it in the Bios or if not where?

for whatever reason i cant access the bios of my computer it doesnt have that splah screen that stays for 5 seconds that you can access the bios from it just goes straight to windows so i tried deactivating it from withing windows and that didnt work

Start pressing a key as soon as you turn it on until you've found the correct combo
There should be an option once you get in to turn on the splash screen if you elect to enable it, it will make this process easier in the future.
