Geforce 7600 GS driver help

Hello!
I have a Geforce 7600 GS, 512MB, and my current driver version is 169.21. Now I'm having some problems with it, when I tried to play Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, instead of the menu I only saw random pixels and then the game crashed, after that I had an error message saying my driver wasn't working anymore. Then I restarted my computer and the driver seemed to work just fine, but when I tried to play another game, which used to work perfectly with my old driver, I had the same problem: random pixels and then crash. So I tried to play TES 4: Oblivion, that worked fine at the maximum settings even if it has higher system requirements. I really don't know what to do. In the shop where I bought my computer they suggested me to reinstall the old driver, but it doesn't support some of my games (well, the new one doesn't too

). Can you help me please?

Hi, why not try the latest drivers...175.16.......download from here....
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

Uninstall your old drivers from Add/Remove Programs first. Then restart and press F8 repeatedly until you get the alternative startup options like safe mode etc. Choose to start in VGA Mode and install the latest driver pack.
