Computer resolution out of Monitor's range
I have a computer that I had a 17" LCD monitor hooked up to, I then had to change monitors to 15" CRT, well when I boot up the computer I can see the bios and windows boot screen but when it get to where It would normally show me the desktop it says the screen resolution is out of range. This is an error message from the monitor.
Now I can boot up in safe mode no problem but I don't know how I could tell it to change the resolution on the next normal boot up. Is there any way to do this other then getting a monitor that can handle the correct resolution? thanks |
