Getting a new video card for gaming

I want to be able to play games like COD4, Bioshock, and Crysis. They don't have to be at the highest settings though. This is my computer.

The card has to fit in the case too.
Any ideas?

Post your budget.

Do you just want a mid to low end card? With your current psu it will not handle high end cards.
