Wich One Should I Upgrade?

I am thinking about upgrading my interagated graphics chipset now. I currently have a ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Chipset. It Has 64mb Memory, Pixel Shader 2.0, Vertex Shader 2.0, 3D Acceleration, Hardware T&L, HW Rasterazation. Could anyone give me some suggestions?

I'm specificly looking for one with more memory and pixel and vertex shader 3.0

Can you tell us more about the machine you're looking to upgrade? That'll determine much of what can go in.
