Ultimate Nvidia 9600GT Thread?
I have a point of view 9600GT, been using it for a good month - 6 weeks now. As you may know they have been having problem with them. black screens and reboots. now this only happens too me on Counter strike source, half life 2.. basically on the valve engine i think.
Looked around the internet and various forums and it seems it happens on a fair few games.. read this 'This is a known and widely reported issue with the 9600's. From what I've read, it is looking more like a hardware issue with the cards, possibly protection circuitry. If they can't fix it with a firmware upgrade, they are going to see some serious product returns...more so than they have already' Found that on a forum, there into about the third driver updates and they still havent fixed the issues or even mentioned them. So this must mean a hardware issue with the 'protection circuitry' APPARENTLY ![]() If i have too return it i want too do it asap, so how i go about sorting it out? post your problems with the devil card pleasee. i mean 9600GT thanks, peagreen |
