8800GT 1 gig AKIMBO vs 9800 GTX

Trying to get the most bang for my buck, wondering which card is technically "better".

9800 gtx hands down, all around faster. Be sure you got a quality 750w for it.

How big is the difference? Could I just OC the lesser one, or is there some other difference between the G92 and SSC?

There both the same card but one is factory overclocked a little higher. Both will destroy any game tho.

Depends , It has to be a good quality psu for these units. Brands like corsair , thermaltake , and antec. These would be good chocies.

Actually scratch antec , only because they don't make anything that powerful. And don't go with a crappy cheap brand like nvidia or bfg or ez cool or any of that.

Well I can't to the Thermaltake one, not enough 6 pin connectors. So I guess I'm going with the Corsair, which puts the price to finish putting this together back over 1100 (D=)
