Graphics card upgrade for my Advent

Hi,

I have an Advent 3419A and have just started playing Age of Conan where i find myself needing a bit more oomph, i have done my memory etc but find myself somewhat confused with the graphics issue now days.

I currently have a nividia 7600GS installed but was looking for a better card like an 8800GT, only problem is the whole AGP/SLI/PCI-E thing leaves me not knowing what i can get.

Any help would be much appreciated as I would hate to just buy the card and find out it wont work with my m-board.

Bah after an hour or so reading the forums seems my m-board can only support agp cards, soooo i'm going to see about building a new base unit.
