bsod after going from 32 to 64bit

I to am also having BSOD couple times a day... it started when i put my new Vid card and Vista 64 bit on my comp on the same day and has been blue screening all the time... when i had vista 32 with an old vid card it worked good other than having crappy graphics

update the bios to 0809
rosewill is not a recommended brand
if you have the old graphics card try it and see if you still get the bsod

down load the bios and burn it to cd
then use the asus ez flash2 utility
you will find the instructions on page 4.1.2 of your manual
nice and easy to use not like the old dos flash

well i updated the bios and it seems to be working good... hasnted ble screened yet but i'll give it a few days before i say its fixed... thanks Dai for your help

Ok now it worked great for a week or so... and i decided to buy a new Webcam... i got a Microsoft Lifecam vx-3000 and i guess with Vista 64 and having 4 gigs ram you need to have SP1 installed for it to work.... the cam now works but it is Blue screening again after installing Sp1 plz i need some help again

well it bsod twice but now it hasnt done it in a day.... maybe it was just a fluke i'll write it down if it does it again

turn the auto reboot off so it freezes on the bsod
control panel/system /advanced/startup and security settings
untick the auto reboot box
post the error message in full
