Asus HD3650 GPU problem

PCI-e, 256mb ddr3, 128 bit, Glaciator edition.
The GPU is running on 110 mhz, which is extremely low, the standard settings are about 725mhz. The problem is, I can't change it. I push the 'defaults' button in my ATI CCC and is doesn't change :(. The 11o mhz is devastating when I want to game, it just ruins the whole performance.. Please help me.

System:
Pentium D 3,6 Ghz
Asus P5V-X SE motherboard
2x1 Gb Corsair Valueselect 667mhz ram
Seagate Barracuda 250 gb, sata II, 16mb cache
Asus Radeon HD3650, ddr3, 725/800 (running like 110/800:/), 256mb + 128bit
Chieftec 360W hpc-360-202

Everest and CCC screenies:

Re: Asus HD3650 GPU problem

Thanks, but it didn't work. I think I know it, my mobo is running on 20 pins but it needs 24, can I be right? (Then I will know if a new power supply is needed)

Re: Asus HD3650 GPU problem

Yea , theres a reason theres 24 pins on the motherboard. Its because it needs a 24 pin psu connector.
