graphics card problem

i can't play every 3D online games...when i press to the directx features.it says that"direct3D functionality not available. You should verify that the driver is a final version from the hardware manufacture".Is it means that i have to buy one new graphic card which is contain direct3D and insert into the monitor??Or i can just install it from the websites??

please reply me as soon as possible...thanx>>

Please provide your system specs and we will help you out alot more. What videocard do you have?
