Re: What's the best video card for me?
It appears you're currently working with integrated video. Your system doesn't have a PCI-express or AGP slot, so if you were banking on upgrading for gaming, you're unfortunately out of luck.
I would say you could upgrade the motherboard...and processor and powersupply, but it wouldn't be worth it. If you need something more powerful, you'd be better off either building a new one or buying a new one.

Re: What's the best video card for me?
Yes there do exist modern pci cards. If you are not looking to game then i would suggest a geforce 6200 pci. Avalible here
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...409&CatId=1603 Or if you do want to play newer games at low setting then a x1550 or 2400 pro would be best , avalible here. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...644&CatId=1603 http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...key=2400%20pci

Re: What's the best video card for me?
Ok, so i checked out the GeForce 6200 you linked to and it said minimum requirement for this is 300 Watt power supply. i looked at my power supply inside my pc and saw Maximum output is 250 WATTS.
So does this mean it won't work with my system? Thanks |
