[SOLVED] Help - fatal system error, blue screen, nv4_disp.dll
I bought an MSI 8800GT Factory OC 512mB about two months ago. It took a little long for me to get the rest of the parts for my current system, so I've actually only been using the card for a couple weeks. Oblivion is the only program I run that really uses the card's graphics capacity, and its also the only thing that has caused my computer to crash repeatedly over the past two weeks. Most of the time the errors are either nv4_disp.dll or d3d9.dll. I have the latest drivers, 169.21 xp, and, according to sensors view pro, the card usually runs between 47 and 52 degrees Celsius when I'm running Oblivon.
I really need to know whether or not this is a hardware problem, so any help would be greatly appreciated. |
