CPU temperatures are pretty good, GPU is too high for idle but fine if you just quit a game. Turn up the GPU fan, it can be done with RivaTuner: http://www.guru3d.com/rivatuner/

If you're running an NVIDIA card, you could use nTune instead: http://www.nvidia.com/object/ntune_5.05.54.00.html
