ATI Radeon X1250 Onboard Video

OR:

Geforce 8500GT

Asking because it seemed my old CPU which had 7800GS AGP in it was better.

The 8500GT is a much better card IMHO. I do have one of those in one of my spare computers and while it is not a great high performance card, it is a decent low cost card. As a general rule, the onboard video cards are never very good and they also take resources from your computer memory.
