Actually, Scan-Line Interleave (SLI) was introduced by 3dfx a "long" time ago.

SLI requires the following:
2 VooDoo2 series cards 1 Regular PCI 2D card 2 VGA cables - F-M, F-M Connect the male connector top the 2D card's output and connect the male end to the first VooDoo2. Connect the second Male end to the first VooDoo2 and the female into the SECOND VooDoo2. Connect the monitor's cable into the female connector of the SECOND VooDoo2.
