Computer Problem With the Image
Hi,
I have a prolem with my computer, the thing that happens is that when i start playing video games or do something that is either cpu intersive or gpu intensive then my computer kind of freezes but, my keyboard doesn't respond and mouse doesn't work. But, everything is still running. But, i have left it for hours and nothing happens i just have to hard shutdown it. Is there any advise anyone can give me please? P.S. It only happens when i am doing a lot of things and playing games but, not like web browsing or word proccesor |

Re: Computer Problem With the Image
austinh43,
Just for grins, try right-clicking on a blank spot on your Windows Desktop, left-click on Properties, click on the "Settings" tab at the top, then click on the "Troubleshoot" button. From there, crank down your Hardware Acceleration" settings one notch at a time (reboot between changes) and see if the problem persists. If lowering or completely disabling the video display's Hardware Acceleration settings causes this problem to go away, then you've either got: 1) Buggy or incompatible Video Display drivers installed 2) Incompatible BIOS settings (i.e. shadowing, memory timing, video acceleration, etc.) Try this and see if you have any luck. - John
