Dual Monitor - Video Card

Howdy,

On my work pc it looks as if I have a AGP slot and like 7 PCI slots, not PCI Express. I want to do the dual monitors, but don't know what the cheapest option for a video card would be. I'm not talking about 3D Graphics or gaming, just like MS Office, Internet, some Media Player stuff, but nothing major like WOW or something.

I don't know anything about them and I just don't want to buy a $100 card when a $20 would have done the trick.

Any suggestions for inexpensive Vcards or minimum requriements would be great.

Mad props, TBW

Re: Dual Monitor - Video Card

Hi.

you could buy the Geforce 5200 which comes with a DVI port and a VGA port.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814136007

$22 after rebate.

If both of the monitors require a DVI port you will need an VGA to DVI adaptor ( Which comes with the card as far as i know ).
