Re: Need help choosing a Video Card

Yea the only current upgrade you could do would be to a newer low power card but a psu upgrade would enable better graphics also. please post budget

Re: Need help choosing a Video Card

No that psu you found is junk , it should be a minimum of 50/60$ to rule out the cheap crappy ones. Also should be a good brand name too. yea the 8800 is possible , but need to know budget

Re: Need help choosing a Video Card

my suggestion is...you need PCI slot and lots of money! upgrading in nVidia 7600gt is good investments but dont by gts version!! upgradin from 7600gt to 8600gts is ok but no worth it..best upgrade is to by 8800gt is the best solution!! Now comes the big part..how much money you have to spend on it.. most cheapest is 8800gt 256MB DDR3 RAM its about 200 euro or less..but if you can afford it go for more RAM ...my comp have AMD 64 dual core x4000 + 2GB RAM DDR2 nVidia 8600gts and it work like charm!! you shoul try that solution! PS you do need better power suply!!
