Help ATI radeon 9800 pro think its on way out

Hi

i have an ATI all-in-wonder radeon 9800 Pro, i think its on its way out as im getting bright green lines down the monitor, i have tried to use a different monitor which i know that works and the same lines are present. Also it has been getting worse it only started with a few lines around the mouse arrow on the screen now its so bad i can see the writing on the screen. Im not sure if it is the graphics card, or maybe the motherboard, please advise oh wise ones!

Do you have the latest drivers? Also try speedfan in my sig and post back the temperatures and voltages.
