Odd white pixel
I've got an eVGA Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX running two monitors.
At first, I thought my problem was simply a dead pixel, but after looking into it a bit more, I don't think that is what the problem is. First of all, I only get this odd pixel on my desktop. Desktop Same screen, same area Black Border added to emphasize the problem. Looking at it like this, I would have assumed it to be my background image, but it occurs on every background I've tried. Even more strange, if I switch the monitor priority, or change which DVI port they are connected to, the pixel stays consistent to the Primary monitor and only on the desktop, regardless of what combination of connections/monitor configurations I use. The easiest solution I can come up with is to simply use a background that I wouldn't see it on (something white, so on), but that's not really solving it. Any input would be fantastic, questions or comments to help me help you help me are also good. Thanks a million in advance, -Adrien Also, I apologize if this isn't the appropriate place for this thread. I'm not really sure what the source of this problem is, so placing it in the video card support thread seemed most logical. |

Re: Odd white pixel
Currnetly have a Rocketfish 700w PSU. I believe they are manufactured by the same company that does most of Antec's PSUs
