Graphics Card Error

The fan on my graphics card in my PC was really loud, so I took it out and brought to a local computer tech to lube it. Now its back in my machine and the fan works fine, but my monitor says no NO SIGNAL, what could be wrong?

and yes it is plugged in

Also you can try taking out the videocard again and re-seat it.
