EVGA 8800 GT problem

Alright, so I ordered an EVGA 8800gt Superclocked along with a 350 watt juice box (in addition to my 300 watt power supply). Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2bsuperclocked

So my problem is, when I turn my computer on, the fan is constantly rapid rather than rapid then slowing down and I don't get any input signal on my monitor. I'm not even sure if Windows is loading because I can't see anything on my monitor, it's not even loading the Windows logo.

Can anyone help?

Re: EVGA 8800 GT problem

Intel Pentium 4 Processor 530 - 3GHz
800 MHz FSP 1 MB L2 Cache

200 GB SATA

7200 RPM HD with 8 MB cache 1024 MB DDR

512MB ram.

Not sure what of that you need so I just put it all.

Re: EVGA 8800 GT problem

Sorry about the double post but I can't find an edit button, but a blue screen came up the first time I turned it on and then I tried it again and now I'm stuck with the problem I said in my 1st post.

I need the exact make and model of the motherboard. You can find it on the printed on the board. There are compatibility issue with the G92 8800s and the PCI-E 1.0 standard. Without knowing your motherboard make and model I can not know what standard your board is built on.

The edit function is only available for 30 minutes after the post is made.
