nVidia underscan shows grey lines
I just bought a new nVidia 8600GT graphic card which I use for playing games and watching movies via the tv out. I'm not against the underscan in tv out mode, cuz I usually like to watch the real movie composition and not croped from the side (cuz I'm movie student). But because the signal is underscaned, there are bars on top and bottom and as I've sad I have nothing against them, but the porblem is that they are really grey and when I play a movie via the tv out I get two sets of bars, one from the player which are black, and one from the underscan proces which are pretty much grey and that really bothers me.
So is there any chance I can change the colors of the underscan bars? Thanks guys P.S. I haven't had this problem when I was using my 6600 video card, the both bars were black. |

Re: nVidia underscan shows grey lines
Is this an HTDV or a plasma/LCD type? They handle PC signals differently than they do broadcast and signals from player devices like DVD players and the like.
