Confused Need help with EVGA 8800 GT 512MB issue.

It quite hard for me to explain the problem but I will try my best to ask. I suppose most of you in here read my thread are "usually" had 3rd party high or high end graphic card. Ok here it goes, you know that everytime you install a new window or new graphic card and you didnt install the driver then you move some program that running and you still can see the background and you notice that the screen are moving from bottom to top beginning bottom edge. My EVGA 8800 GT 512MB card does the same thing and I did install the driver already even i update the latest driver but I still can see the screen moving, is this normal or is their an option for me to enable to stop this?

I don't mean to sound "mean", but I have no idea what you just said/asked? I am assuming that English is not your native language. Could you please try again and be a bit more specific?

Umm , yea I have no idea what he said or asked either. He might be using a translator.
