problem with monitor display

i have a dell desktop computer and the monitor wont work...my little sister turned off the computer by clicking off on the surge protector....now when i turn on the computer the monitor wont work(black screen at start up can't access safe mode)...i tried using a different monitor and swapping video cards with another computer but nothing has worked....

have you tryed Switching power strips? or maybe your power supply craped out... o.O

you could try takeing bios battery out for 10 mins and put back in

power supply works the fan inside it works and the cpu fan works...used a different vga cable didnt work.....im about to take out the CMOS battery.....i dunno wat else to do....maybe flash the BIOS but i dont know how to do that...

the fans seem to be running at 100%...i took the cmos battery out...nothing has worked.....
