[SOLVED] Nvidia GeForce 6200 Dvi to Vga adapter problem
Hi I'm having problems setting up dual monitors, as i bought a DVI to VGA adapter off ebay,http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...TODAY.m238.lVI
and i have a compaq fs740 monitor connecting to the adapter as my other compaq presario 140 monitor is connected directly to the vga port. When start up my computer, Windows detects it fine and i'm able to extend my monitor, but the monitor stays at a black screen. i do notice from the cues from the light which tells if it's in standby mode or not, the monitor is in standby mode, although windows and Nvidia detects the monitor and set up in dual screen. I updated the drivers on the Graphics card but still no luck. Any ideas? Thank you Harlan. |
