ATI 9800 pro not displaying on TV correctly
Got my PC cloned to my TV so I can watch movies etc. It nearly works really well apart from some movies - although not all.
Instead of displaying in widescreen with a black bar top and bottom of the screen (on the TV), the black bar at the bottom of the screen is double in size, and there's no bar at the top. Therefore my movie is playing but in the top 2 thirds of the screenwell out of line on the TV. I have tried adjusting the Sony TV settings but there isnt a setting to take care of it, i've tried adjusting the screen in the settings tab of the video card - it doesnt adjust. So i've got a good picture, sound, but the picture displayed is out of line as it were. Any help is appreciated! |
