7300se/7200gs

i noticed my 7300se/7200gs run at 80-85 degrees i want to know if this is normal. If its not how can i cool it down

Wow that is really hot. Is that idle or load? Because if that is before you turn on a game or program that is not good. What case do you have on your computer?

I used speedfan and it said 83c i think its celsius and im using a xcalibur case i hardly play games on my pc most of the time i just surf the net.
