Inno 8400gs 256 freezes arrgghhh

hello guys /gals
can anyone help me i have bought and installed a inno gefeorce 8400gs graphics card, however after 4 days of what i thought was seemless game play it now freezes at random points I can't even ctrl/alt/del
At most i play is LOTR online but mostly WoW so its not over graphically intensive....
Any ideas,

My pc specs are-----

Ps i had got the latest drivers that i could find for my hardware.... even had my case open in case it was overheating... no joy..

Hi Gary, welcome to TSF

Copy down the details from the PSU label (make/model, total watts, amps for +12V). Enter your full system specs into this power calculator and set Capacitor Aging to 25%. Click the Calculate button, then add 30% to the total to allow for PSU inefficiency. Post back with this figure and the PSU label details.

Run SensorsView or SpeedFan at startup and note the temperatures and PSU voltages. Then run a 3D fullscreen game for a few minutes. Leave the game running, alt-tab back to the desktop and note the temps/volts again. Post back with both sets of figures.

Couldn't run power calculater site has been down all night but the the following are details you requested.
PSU is

octigan model No 8007cc0tg its 300w 12a from 12v

will re-edit when done the fan @ startup and after game running need to install it

Further stats,
I cannot get my pc to work long enough with graphics card in before it freezes but without card my stats from the speed fan application are

@ Start up 1507rpm @ 63c fan 1
fan2 0 rpm ~@ 48c
+12v = 11.58v

after playing wow for about 5 mins

1688rpm @ 70c fan
fan 2 0 rpm @ 49c
+12v = 11.71

Have copied all the text from speed fan incase it means anything :)

you only have 12a output on the 12v+ line not enough to run the card
