need help with Radeon HD 2600 pro agp

I bought this video card (Radeon HD 2600 Pro AGP) and after I changed the cards, I turned the computer on, the computer just turned on and nothing happend, he doesn't load bios or somthing- just on. without doing anything.... when i changed back to my older graphic card it worked without any problem... please can anybody tell me what to do?

by the way my System is:
Intel pentium 4 3.0GH
768 RAM
PSU:400W
and my older video card is : Radeon 9200 se 128BM agp...

perhaps you didn't connect the external power connector? i think some of these agp cards use a floppy drive connector...

is your power supply putting out 18amps on the 12v+ line

nope...only 16A

edit:
I also have near to me a PSU but with only with 20 pins and ny board needs 24... if i'll connect him only with the 20 pins dooes it can damage to my board?

if it puts out 18amps or better
when you plug it into the m/board with the latching clip on the top
plug it in all the way to the right leaving the the left four pins open

have you connected the aux power plugs to the m/b and the card if it requires it
