8800GT problem - get long beeping sound

Hello. I recieved my 8800GT video card and fitted it however, when i turned my pc on i got a long beeping sound and could not figure out why.

I have a :
650 watt power supply
2 gig of ram
and im using windows xp

Do any of you know why i am getting this sound?

Note: I previously run SLI with two 6600 LE graphics card (i know they suck) but i have removed both and only using the one 8800GT

If your board has the SLI chip card that clips on the motherboard make sure you switch it from SLI to normal.
Make sure you have connected the Aux power to the 8800GT usually 6-pin.
And finally if you dont have enough apms been outputted by your PSU the PC will fail to boot. I think the recommended apm is 24-32amp on the 12v line.
