no video output to monitor, but computer is on...

To start, my computer broke about two months ago to continuous beeping (there was no pattern, just continuous), so I was really confused about that, but after my break, I installed a new PSU and everything powered on fine with that, but there was no video response.

So, I took my monitor and my video card to my friend's place and tried both of them on his desktop and both of them worked fine on his desktop. I thought one of them would be the problem, but now I'm stuck. I turned on my desktop and I heard it booting up into windows, so I don't think its my CPU or whatnot. Any ideas?

Thanks for any kind of help guys :-\

wow, that's a lot of drives!! have you tried disconnecting everything except the OS drive?

correct me if i'm wrong, but i think each drive takes up between 15~30w.

might want to try this calculator:
