Radeon X1650 Pro graphics Card

I have just bought a Radeon X1650 Pro graphics Card but i can't get it to work with my PC
I have a K8M800 mobo With A AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Processor
1.5 Gig of DDR Memory
A 500 Watt PSU
Any idea what i can do

have you uninstalled the old card from the device manager and can you see the new card listed correctly in there
