no input signal
hello i just installed my geforce 7900 gs ko to my pc again, since i just bought a new PSU with enough Watts to power it, and i removed the previous drivers of the onboard graphics / disabled it, then after rebooting and everything i shut it off again and inserted my geforce card, the problem is it was working fine for about a day or two (installed drivers and everything) then i got the no input signal.
when i rebooted the pc it was ok for like 10 mins then again same thing, sometimes it doesnt even receive a signal at all and just stays black, ive contacted evga support and they gave me tips / quick troubleshooting info (checking psu , resetting cmos battery , etc) i tried a different monitor, i returned my psu and got a 48 amps per 12v rail (so its not psu) , and i ran pc doctor tests on the video card (when it received signal) and it said it passed all of them, also ran tests on my motherboard and pci bus and it passed, and all the other motherboard tests as well passed , along with all other things in my computer. they told me it seems as if its a video card problem and to rma it back to them, but i wanted to check in and make sure its the card before i send it in. the thing is though, i do not have access to another PC with PCI-E ports, or access to another PCI-E video card, any tips / info before i submit it for an rma? thanks P.S when i connect the monitor to the onboard graphics it works fine but it just wont pick up the geforce sorry forgot to add in specs.
