a844n Hp Pavilion
i bought a video card pci-e 256 mb for my hp 630 but when i opened my CPU theres no slot for video card only 3 PCI. is there a PCI-e slot where i can buy? pls help.......

I checked and your pc does only have 3 pci slots which means your video upgrade ability is limited. The only way you could get a pci-e slot is to get a new motherboard. Or you could take the card back and get a pci video card. But the performance of a pci videocard isnt very great. Also your power supply is only 300 watts which would most likely also need to be upgraded too.
So you could either get a pci video card, or a new motherboard and powersupply and the current card you have will work. What is the exact make and model of the card?
