Integrated Video Card - FAILURE
my computer will not boot and no signal is sent to my monitor. i suspect that it is a video card failure. only problem is that my video card is integrated onto the motherboard. can someone help me solve this problem?

Is there a tone the computer makes when you turn it on (e.g 1 short beeb, 1 long, 2 long etc)
Also, can you hear the fans spinning, or any other sign of power?
