1 8800 GTS XXX or SLI with 2 8600 GTS XXX?

I'm stuck on which one to go for, my motherboard will be SLI Ready so that's no problem, It's just the money.
It'll cost me close to $500 for the 8800 GTS XXX.
Whereas SLI with the 8600 GTS XXX's is less expensive at $350
Would the performance be similar or am I wasting my time even debating it?

500$? anyway yes the 8800 will kill the 8600s in proformance

I also looked at this one, This would be the card I would rather get, but would the fact it isn't XXX be a major let down for me?
I'm looking to be having my computer run crysis on high.

I'd rather have an EVGA card better than anyone else. That card also comes with a nice game, i think you would be happier with the EVGA considering the price.

The Gt is only 3% slower than the GTX. Great buy!
