Video Card ??

Okay I recently bought the PNY Nvidia Geforce 8600GT and BF2 Looks great. My only problem is it continues to lag...I have my settings on Medium and it still continues to lag.

My internet connection is Charter Cable and I usually join room of 32 with 0 ping.

My operating system is as follows

Operating System: Windows XP Professional
System Model: Dell DXP051
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00 GHZ (2CPUS)
Memory: 1022MB Ram
Direct X Version: Direct X 9
Video Card: PNY Nvidia Geforce 8600GT
Page File: 627MB Used....1830MB Available

Also I have my video card set to maximum performance

AntiAliasing x4 (Not max)
Color: 32 Bit
Screen Refresh Rate 75HZ

Is the reason I am lagging so bad because I have this set to high for my PSU to handle? Or does that not make a difference?
