check the model of a computer

I emailed nvidia about a problem I have been having with my card and they responded with a few questions. One of the questions was this: What is the make/model of your computer?

Is there anyway I can find this out? My brother built it and he is not here and I have no idea.

Do a google for Everest, free download, it will give you detailed info
about your machine.

Freeware edition of Everest. Go to Computer > Summary.
