video problem

I am having the same problem with my Radeon All in wonder 9800 Pro. I bought it recently from a guy and it worked fine a few times, then the error came up and since it didn't come with "power extention cable", but I used the FDD cable I thought that my cause the annoying error. After fiddling around for a while I got it working (coincidence, I don't believe in miracles ) But as soon as you connect/disconnect a device in the box it stops working. I believe the problem may be with the power supply. I have contacted ATi, but nothing yet. Will post if I get reply.

Re: You have not not connected teh power extension cable to your radeon...

Sorry to reincarnate the topic, but I thought I would let anyone with a similar problem know that the reason was a weak power supply. I had a 420Watts no-name brand, once I bought the 420Watts Enermax NoiseTaker II the problem has never appeared.
