ati radeon catalyst control center install problem

I have a toshiba satelitte notebook computer ait has a ATI Radeon express
200M Series video adapter. my problem is that even though the drivers are
installled and functioning properly the catalyst control center will not install it keeps telling me that the driver is not found. the computer came with vista home basic on it and it has recently been rebooted to XP pro and when it was rebooted the cd drive started listing a c drive while the hard drive lists as e drive. how can i remedy this and install the control center without rebootng the computer??

umm go to ati and get the proper driver package that has the ccc and driver together. always works for me. just when you unstall the old download snd run CCLEANER to get rid of the old junk
