Are there any big different between GeForce 8600 or 8800?

Yea 8800 is a monster an the 8600 is like a regular midrange card. With the 8800 you could turn almost any game all the way up as opposed to a 8600 which will probly play everything on medium settings. Evga , pny , seems to be good brands for the 8800. But if you get an 8800 youll need a massive psu to go with it. 650w min.
